PRAM RUSTER - RP-228
RP-228 is a Chemical Designed for Derusting iron & Steel Surface before Phosphatising. This Chemical is applied by dipping Process. It is useful for removing loosened oil, grease and rust. Articles should be dipped into the Chemicals for 25 to 30 minutes. After that article should be water rinsed for 2 to 3 min. & then taken to Phosphating Chemical. 25-35% RP-228 used for every 100 liters of bath.
PRAM RUSTER - RH-220
RH-220 is a useful for Derusting from iron & Steel Surface. It is useful for removing light oil & Grease. It is applied by dipping Process articles should be dipped into Chemical for 20-25 minutes at 60-70 °C. 25-30% RH-220 used for every 100 litres of bath.
PRAM RUSTER - RS-230
RS-230 is useful to remove heavy rust as well as to remove light oil & Grease. It is applied by dipping Process & Produce Smooth Surface. Articles should be dipped into Chemical for 25 to 30 minutes at room temperature. dipping time is depends on the contaminant which present on the surface. 30-35% RS- 220 used for every 100 litres of bath.

It Removes heavy rust and carbon from MS, stainless steel surface etc. It can be used 30-35% for 100 litre of bath. It can be used as dipping method.
PRAM RUSTER - RP-238
It Removes thin films of wet oil and other Superficial impurities from steel Surface, Cast iron Surfaces etc. Removes light to medium rust and certain types of welding and heat- treatment scales. It can be used 25-30% for 100 litre of bath. It can be used as dipping method. Performs at room temperature 25 °C.

These Chemicals are used to remove rust, Scales, Welding Scales, thin film of oil & grease. It can be used 25-35% for 100 litre for 15-20 minutes. It can be used as dipping method. It works at room temperature.
